Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using Leadro, you agree to these terms.
• If you disagree, do not use the service.
• These terms may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of material changes.

2. Service Description

• Leadro is a WhatsApp CRM platform with AI automation for UAE real estate workflows.
• Core features include AI responses, lead qualification, and a management dashboard.
• We target a 99% uptime service level, excluding planned maintenance and external outages.
• Beta features may be unstable and are provided without performance guarantees.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Leadro.
• One account is permitted per business entity unless otherwise approved by Leadro.
• You must keep credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted use includes lawful real estate lead management and customer communication.

Prohibited uses include:

• Spam or unsolicited messages.
• Illegal activities.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct.
• Scraping or data mining without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Violating WhatsApp or Meta platform policies.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
• Payments may be made via credit card or approved bank transfer.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
• Free trial period is 14 days and may be limited to one trial per business.

6. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of your data, including lead records and conversations.
• Leadro may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve services and models.
• You can export your data at any time during an active subscription.
• Following cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

• Leadro owns all rights in the platform, software, branding, and underlying technology.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
• You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or resell the platform.
• Any product feedback you provide may be used by Leadro without restriction.

8. Service Limitations

• Each plan includes defined message volume limits.
• API usage is subject to rate limits and fair-use controls.
• Storage quotas may apply depending on your plan tier.
• Leadro may suspend or restrict service for violations of these terms.

9. Disclaimers

• Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee AI response accuracy in all circumstances.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted WhatsApp or third-party platform availability.
• You are responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Leadro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you for the relevant claim period.
• Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with notice.
• Leadro may terminate immediately for serious or repeated violations.
• Upon termination, account access ends and data handling follows Section 6.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
• Where agreed in writing, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
• Material updates are notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
• Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
